• CoParent Shield is a tool to help you document and analyze co-parenting communications. It is not legal advice.
• Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly. No refunds. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
• You own your content. We don't use it to train AI models.
• Don't use CoParent Shield for anything illegal or to harass others.
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By using CoParent Shield, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

CoParent Shield is an AI-powered tool that helps parents in high-conflict co-parenting situations document communications, detect manipulation tactics, and generate calm responses. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

CoParent Shield is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the app or generated by it constitutes legal advice. Consult a qualified family law attorney for legal guidance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CoParent Shield cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must be 18 or older to use this service.

CoParent Shield offers monthly ($9.99/month) and annual ($69.99/year) subscriptions, each with a 7-day free trial.

• You will not be charged during the free trial period.
• After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of all content you create in CoParent Shield — journal entries, notes, and other data. By using the service, you grant Livanelli LLC a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

You agree not to:

• Use CoParent Shield for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Submit false or misleading information

CoParent Shield uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis and suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for how you use or act on AI-generated content. Do not submit content that could harm others or that you are not authorized to share.

CoParent Shield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livanelli LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of CoParent Shield.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support@coparentshield.net.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
